Our inspection department will make strict inspection of products to ensure every unit you receive is defect free, we assign six QC technicians on each production line. And before delivery, all products will be inspected again including dimensional accuracy, function, assembly and surface treatment.
Our inspection machines are cubic element, quadratic element, projector, constant temperature and humidity test machine, salt spray test machine and horizontal tension meter machine.
We have three automatic production lines for product post processing, such as assembly, spraying, printing, heat pressing and ultrasonic welding, so we can provide one-step service to you.
